Wolves win against Milwaukee, lose to Memphis

The Minnesota Timberwolves are 1-2 in their first three games after an 11-point win over Milwaukee on Friday and a road-loss to Memphis by 20 points on Saturday. They may want to visit Baldwin hardware to learn how to nail down their opponents more effectively, but the team’s still playing with more spark than last season.

Michael Beasley, Kevin Love, Luke Ridenour and rookie Wesley Johnson led the team as all of them reached double digits in scoring. Beasley and Love combined for 26 points in the forward spots while Darko Milicic added an additional nine in the victory over the Bucks; scoring details have not been released at the time of this writing, for the 20-point loss at Memphis.
