I think McHale has done a great job, and gives a polished and honest press conference. As for the GM posistion, --don't think that the other 29 teams around the league aren't aware of Fred Hoiberg's smarts, savy, work ehthic and charisma and his other positive atributes that made him such a productive player. If we pass on him, it really shows how incompetent this organization is, --and will give another city and team reason for hope.
