		<description>I have had what I would consider to be one of the worst experiences in dealing with a company in my 20+ year career.

My partner and I decided we needed to update and upgrade out look and purchased the most expensive package logoyes had to offer.  We had our web designer working with the &quot;President&quot; and only person I have ever spoken with at the company to design a logo that would project the image we wanted for our company.  We did not seem to be able to get John Williams, the owner of the company to fully understand our goal, so we moved on, had our logo developed elswhere as we needed to move the process forward.  

John did provide some logo samples, but not what we were looking for.  Our website designer was unable to work with him as well.

I contacted him today to see if we could get a refund of the more thatn $300 we had paid for services.  His claim was that he NEVER gave refunds.  I said I understood that he had provided 3 logos and that it might be fair for him to refund half of our money, even though we used NOTHING he provided to us.  I then asked that maybe we could send an eps file to have some business cards made, he reluctanly said o.k., but gave us no idea of when we might have them.  We are currently working with outdated cards as we have moved to larger offices and our phone numbers have changed.

My partner just said that we would then dispute the charge.  John called me everything from a &quot;stupid dispy women&quot; to the comment that &quot;the sound of my voice disgusted him&quot;.  I was appalled at the way he treated me.  I then wrote an e-mail to him outlining my displeasure with our conversation, this I sent after he hung up on me.

In response, he completely denied having called me any of these names even though my partner and assistant were listening on other lines as I couldn&#039;t believe the venom in his voice.  In my 20+ years in business, I have NEVER been treated with such utter disrepect.

I would highly recommend that you steer VERY clear of this site.  I do think there are some good logo sites out there, but this is clearly not one of them.  His behaviour was appalling.

My supposition is that this is not the first time he has treated people this way, as I think he may have anger issues.  Please try another site with more professional customer service that what John will provide.

I have never written on a blog before, but I feel so strongly about the incredibly poor treatment I received that I feel it necessary to warn others....</description>
